Return Policy

Customized Products Policy:

Due to the nature of customizing products, all apparel and gear are made from scratch. All customized products, whether with text, numbers, logos, or other custom designs, are final sale. This also includes blank designs, as they are fully custom due to the sublimation or embroidery process. Worn, used, or damaged items cannot be returned, including those without original tags or packaging.

Accepted returns must be initiated within 15 days and cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking. We are not liable for lost packages. Accepted returns may incur restocking fees. Please allow 1 to 5 business days to process your return, excluding shipping time to our return address. Refunds do not include the amount paid for SGS ORDER PROTECTION (if selected).

Undamaged samples returned within 15 days of delivery will receive a full refund. Samples must be returned in original packaging, with the order number mentioned on the package. Visit our Contact Us page for our return shipping address.

Concerns and Returns:

Any concerns about the order must be raised within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, no concerns will be registered. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the delivery of the order. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of your order, and a brief description.

Incorrect Orders and Late Deliveries:

If an order is incorrectly produced, we will recreate and reship it free of charge. You may keep the initial received order. Please email us your order number, images of your order, and the reason for concern to [email protected]. Our Support Representatives will respond within 24 hours.

In the event of a late delivery, only shipping fees (if any) will be refunded on a prorated basis, depending on the delivery date of your order.
